Supporting people to live independently, safely and confidently in the comfort of their own homes across Somerset and Dorset.

Trinity Living Care was founded with a simple but deeply held belief: that truly good care starts with truly seeing the person in front of you. Not a list of needs, not a care package — a person, with their own story, routines and what makes life meaningful to them.
We believe that everyone deserves to live with dignity, respect and independence — and that the right support should feel less like a service and more like a trusted presence in your life. That's why we take the time to build genuine, lasting relationships with everyone we support and their families.
Our care is shaped entirely around each individual — their preferences, their pace and the life they want to lead at home. We're not here to fit people into a system. We're here to fit around them.
More Than Care, We See People.
Every care plan is built around the individual — their routines, preferences and what matters most to them.
We treat every person we support as we would our own family — with kindness, patience and genuine compassion.
Our goal is to help people live safely and confidently in the place they love most — their own home.
Trinity Living Care was founded by Tyga Tega Okorogri, an experienced care professional whose career has been built on a genuine passion for supporting people to live well. Tyga's journey through the care sector has given her a deep understanding of what truly good care looks like — and what it means to the people who receive it and the families who rely on it.
Tyga's experience spans:
NHS Volunteer
Healthcare Assistant
Support Worker
Team Leader
Deputy Manager
Home Manager
Trinity Living Care was created because Tyga believed there was a better way — a more personal, more human approach to care. One that truly sees the person, not just the need. That belief is at the heart of everything we do.
More Than Care, We See People.
Trinity Living Care helps older adults and vulnerable people remain safe, independent and connected in the comfort of their own homes. We provide companionship, domestic support, meal preparation, shopping, appointments, overnight support and personalised care tailored to each individual's needs.
We'll take care of the grocery run, collect prescriptions and handle those essential errands — so you don't have to worry.
Home-cooked meals prepared to your taste and dietary needs, so you can enjoy good food without the effort.
A helping hand with light housekeeping, laundry and keeping your home the comfortable, welcoming space it should be.
A friendly face, a good conversation and someone to accompany you to appointments or activities — because connection matters.
Gentle, timely reminders to take your prescribed medication, helping you stay on top of your health routine with confidence.
Regular visits to make sure you're safe, comfortable and well — giving you and your family real peace of mind.
We are working towards full registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Once registered, we will expand our services to include a full range of regulated personal care — delivered with the same warmth, respect and attention to detail that defines everything we do.
Sensitive, respectful support with bathing, dressing, grooming and personal hygiene — always on your terms.
Safe, accurate administration of prescribed medications, giving you and your family confidence in your daily routine.
Thoughtful support for individuals with complex health needs, working closely alongside healthcare professionals.
Round-the-clock support for those who need continuous care at home — a consistent, trusted presence every day.
Specialist, compassionate support for individuals living with dementia and other cognitive conditions, delivered with patience and understanding.
Choosing the right care for yourself or someone you love is one of the most important decisions you'll make. We want you to feel confident, informed and reassured every step of the way. Here's what makes Trinity Living Care different.

We currently provide a range of non-regulated domiciliary support services across Somerset and Dorset, helping people live independently and comfortably at home. These services include shopping and errands, meal preparation, domestic support, companionship, medication reminders and wellbeing checks.
We have formally begun the process of registering with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). This is a rigorous process that demonstrates our commitment to meeting the highest standards of safety, effectiveness and governance in care.
Once CQC registration is approved, we will expand our services to include regulated personal care — including personal care, medication administration, live-in care and specialist dementia support. Regulated activities will only commence after registration is confirmed.
We are proud of the relationships we build with the people we support and their families. Here's what some of them have to say. (Testimonials will be added as we grow — if you'd like to share your experience, please get in touch.)

Quality isn't a box we tick — it's the standard we hold ourselves to every single day. As we work towards CQC registration, we are building the policies, procedures and governance frameworks that meet and exceed regulatory standards. But more than that, we are building a culture of care that is genuinely safe, compassionate and responsive to the people we support.
Rigorous safeguarding practices and thorough risk assessments ensure every client is protected and supported at all times.
We communicate openly with clients, families and stakeholders — because trust is built through honesty, not just good intentions.
We invest in our team's ongoing training and professional development, because the best care comes from people who are supported to grow.
Whether you're looking for support for yourself or someone you love, we'd be happy to have an informal conversation about your needs — with no obligation whatsoever. We're here to listen, answer your questions and help you understand how Trinity Living Care can support you.
